Content quality — work in progress
This site is a live, evolving artifact. Chapters get rewritten as the underlying lab evolves; running services drift as upstream products change; product specs and licensing details on this site are cross-referenced against Cisco / NVIDIA / Oracle official documentation, but the source of truth is always their own docs, not this site. Errors and drift are inevitable. If you spot something wrong, please open an issue — corrections and callouts are actively welcome.
Scope
This site collects reproducible implementations of publicly documented Cisco reference architectures — the Cisco Secure AI Factory with NVIDIA reference architecture in particular — plus practitioner tooling adjacent to the SE workflow. Everything is built on free-tier or open-source infrastructure and runs at zero incremental cost.
What "not affiliated" means
The site is authored by a Cisco employee, and the artifacts reference Cisco products (AI Defense, Duo, Umbrella, ThousandEyes, Catalyst switches, Secure Firewall appliances, etc.). All product mentions are publicly available offerings. Nothing published here has been reviewed, approved, or endorsed by Cisco Systems, Inc. or its representatives. The views expressed are the author's own.
Home lab safety notes
These artifacts are lab-grade. They demonstrate patterns and are safe for personal use, but should not be used as-is in production or in customer environments without appropriate hardening, review, and change control. The demos particularly show attack scenarios against LLMs (prompt injection, tool abuse, etc.) — the code is defensive and demonstrative, but treat it as a lab tool, not a production security service.
