The AI Defense demo is currently reachable on the public internet — hosted on OCI Free Tier compute (Ampere ARM64 · 2 OCPU · 12 GB), fronted by Caddy for auto-TLS, DNS via Cloudflare. Surfaces directly on port 443, no Cloudflare proxy between the visitor and origin. The SE Lab roadmap document has been consolidated into /roadmap.

Uptime philosophy. No 24/7 SLA. If either service becomes unreachable, it means the OCI instance is being rebooted for updates, or something has broken and I'll fix it when I notice. For the demo especially, use it while it's up. Both services host their own state — no third-party dependencies beyond Cloudflare DNS and Let's Encrypt cert renewal (automatic via Caddy).
